Jo & Steve’s House
Please bring 10 copies of your lyrics and be prepared to either perform or play a recording of you song. We normally go around the room and give feedback on what you love about the song and any suggestions to make it better.
This is at our new digs, so please note the address. It's taken a year to renovate and to build our new studio, so we apologize for our absence. We miss you! Hope to see you soon! xoxo Jo & Steve
Online Event - Sept. 28, 1 pm
With Bill Warrington - online critique
This is a small group, deep dive into a few songs - we come up with suggestions for significant improvements to most songs. And your songwriting palette will grow with the group. And it's fun!
If you would like a song critiqued, we'll expect you to send an mp3 and a lyric sheet in (word or pdf) to:
Stu Lunn - BlueStuMusic@gmail.com before midnight CDT on the Saturday night before our meeting - if you miss the deadline, your song will NOT be featured in this session but will be on the list for the next one.
If you RSVP and can't make it, please change your reservation to "No" so others can take your place.
Please make sure your contact information is on your lyric sheet. Simple guitar/vocal or piano/vocal recordings on your phone or recorder are fine.
The critique will begin at 1pm Central time.
Looking Back...
